Retroactive - Degraded Search Performance
Incident Report for Contactually
From 12am EST to 4:30am EST on February 4th, our upstream provider,, was suffering from availability issues that was causing Contactually to automatically fall back to our backup search strategy. This may have resulted in intermittent errors or degraded search performance. The incident has since been resolved and we apologize for any inconvenience.
